As APC Insurance Administrator, Ann works directly with coaches throughout the insurance process, from completing an application to answering coverage and policy questions and providing ongoing member support.
She helps ensure applications are processed accurately and efficiently and connects members with the appropriate insurance professional when a question requires additional coverage, policy, or claims expertise.

Insurance Program Experience
Practical Experience Supporting Coaches
Through her work as APC Insurance Administrator, Ann sees firsthand the questions coaches have about applying for insurance, understanding their coverage, providing information about their practice, and managing insurance requirements as their coaching business grows.
That day-to-day experience helps inform APCβs educational resources, including articles, FAQs, and guides about the application process, APC coverage, Certificates of Insurance, and the practical steps involved in protecting a coaching practice.
Background & Experience
A Background in Education, Wellness & Member Support
Before her work supporting insurance programs, Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas State University and spent seven years as an elementary school teacher. She later worked as a personal trainer, expanding her experience in wellness and working directly with individuals to help them reach their goals.
Her background in education, communication, and wellness brings a practical, people-centered perspective to her work with APC. Ann understands how to make unfamiliar processes easier to navigate and helps coaches get the information and support they need throughout the insurance process.
