If you need a Certificate of Insurance for a facility, organization, event, landlord, corporate client, or other professional requirement, you can request one through APC.

Online coaches may be asked to provide proof of insurance when working with corporate clients, professional organizations, online platforms, rented spaces, workshops, retreats, conferences, or other business partners.

After your application is approved, APC provides proof of insurance by email. If a facility, landlord, organization, event host, or other business requires Additional Insured status, you can request it through your member hub.

APC coverage is backed by Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), rated A++ by AM Best for financial strength.

Business Personal Property coverage protects business property that is damaged or lost because of a covered event.

For online coaches, covered property can include computers, monitors, cameras, microphones, headsets, office equipment, business supplies, presentation materials, and other property used in your coaching practice.

This $10,000 benefit is included with APC Professional Protection and Premium Protection levels. $500 deductible.

Client Accident Protection provides coverage when a client, student, participant, or volunteer is injured while participating in your coaching services or activities.

For online coaches who also host in-person workshops, retreats, classes, or events, this provides additional protection for participant injuries.

Professional and Premium Protection include Accidental Medical Expense coverage up to $25,000 per participant, per accident.

Accidental Death, Dismemberment & Paralysis benefits include up to $50,000 per loss, with a $25,000 death benefit and $500,000 aggregate, subject to policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Assault & Battery coverage provides protection when a third-party claim involves alleged or threatened assault or battery connected to your coaching activities.

The coverage addresses claims for bodily injury, property damage, or personal and advertising injury arising from an alleged incident.

Coverage includes up to $25,000 per occurrence.

Identity Theft Protection reimburses certain out-of-pocket expenses when identity theft is connected to your covered professional activities.

Covered expenses include reasonable costs for notarizing affidavits, certified mailing of documents, loan or credit reapplication fees, and other qualifying identity restoration expenses.

Coverage includes up to $25,000 per policy period for all insureds combined. This coverage reimburses qualifying recovery expenses; it does not replace stolen money or funds lost through identity theft.

The Cyber Protection Plan provides additional protection for cyber and privacy-related risks. For online coaches, this is especially important when you store client information, communicate electronically, accept online payments, use digital scheduling systems, or operate your coaching business through web-based platforms.

This optional add-on includes $100,000 per privacy claim. $1,000 deductible.

The Sexual Misconduct & Abuse Protection Plan provides protection for claims involving sexual misconduct or abuse allegations connected to your professional coaching services.

This optional add-on includes limits of $50,000 / $100,000. No deductible.

Additional Business Personal Property Coverage allows Professional and Premium members to increase protection for property used in their online coaching business. This can include computers, monitors, cameras, microphones, headsets, office equipment, presentation materials, coaching tools, and other covered business property.

Professional and Premium Protection already include $10,000 of Business Personal Property coverage. Members can increase the total limit to $25,000 for $397.84 or $50,000 for $795.68. These prices include credit card fees and tax.

A $500 deductible applies. Any single item valued at $10,000 or more must be specifically listed on the application.

Yes. APC coverage is available in all 50 U.S. states, and U.S.-based members can provide remote coaching to clients located in other states or countries.

For remote coaching, the member must be based in the United States while providing the service, and any claim must be brought in the United States for coverage and defense to apply.

Internet confidentiality breaches and other cyber incidents are not covered by APC's core professional and general liability coverage.
