How the APC Referral Program Works
Helping another coach discover APC is simple. Get your personal referral link, share it with your professional network, and earn a reward when a successful referral joins.

Sign up for the APC Referral Program through Referral Factory, the platform APC uses to create and track referral links. Youβll receive your own unique referral link to share with other coaches.

2. Share Your $30 Discount Link
Share your personal referral link with professional coaches in your network, community, email contacts, website, or social media. Coaches who join APC through your link receive $30 off their APC membership.
3. Earn $10 for Each Successful Referral
When a qualifying coach joins APC through your personal referral link, you earn a $10 referral reward. Referral rewards are paid monthly through PayPal.

Many coaches offer more than one type of service or combine coaching with eligible complementary modalities. If someone you know is unsure whether their practice fits APC coverage, they can review our coaching specialty and covered services resources before applying.

What Counts as a Successful Referral?
A successful referral happens when a new APC member uses your unique referral link and purchases an APC membership with insurance.
Use Your Personal Referral Link
Each participant receives a unique referral link. Share that link with the coach you are referring so their $30 first-year discount and your $10 referral reward can be tracked correctly.
The Referral Must Be a New APC Member
The $30 referral discount is available to new APC members who purchase membership with insurance. Current and former APC members are not eligible for the referral discount, and self-referrals are not allowed.
One Referral Link Receives Credit
If a coach receives referral links from more than one person, the referral is credited to the referral link they use when joining APC.

APC Referral Program Eligibility & Rules
A few simple guidelines help make sure referrals are tracked correctly and rewards are issued to the right person.
Who Can Participate?
Anyone may sign up for an APC referral link. You do not need to be a current APC member to participate.
How Much Can I Earn?
You earn $10 for each successful referral, and there is currently no limit on the number of qualifying referrals you can make.
Are Self-Referrals Allowed?
No. You may not use your own referral link to join APC or receive a referral reward for your own membership.
Who Can Receive the $30 Discount?
The $30 referral discount is available to new APC members only when they purchase an APC membership with insurance. Current and former APC members are not eligible.
Can the Discount Be Combined With Other Offers?
No. The $30 referral discount cannot be combined with other APC discounts, promotional offers, vouchers, or incentives.
How Are Referral Rewards Paid?
Referral rewards are currently paid monthly through PayPal. You will need to provide the PayPal email address where you would like your rewards sent.
Tax Documentation
APC may request appropriate tax documentation, such as a W-9, when required for referral payments.
Can APC Change or End the Referral Program?
Yes. APC may modify or discontinue the Referral Program, including its rewards, discounts, eligibility requirements, or other program terms. Qualifying rewards earned before a program change or termination will be handled according to the applicable Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
