Donna Gordon is an experienced insurance professional who works directly with the Association of Professional Coaches on its insurance program. She provides expertise on coverage and policy questions, supports claims, and works with APC and the insurance carrier to help strengthen the coverage available to APC members.

Insurance Expertise Behind the APC Program
Donna works with APC on coverage, policy questions, claims, renewals, and other insurance matters. She also provides coverage clarification and insurance expertise for APC members and educational resources.
Donna has also worked with APC and the insurance carrier to negotiate and strengthen the insurance program, helping ensure the coverage continues to meet the needs of professional coaches.
Insurance Experience
Insurance Experience Since 1995
Donna began her insurance career as a licensed agent in 1995, working alongside her mother, Lynn Gordon. Although Donna later stepped away from the insurance industry to pursue glassblowing, she remained connected to the insurance programs and continued to provide insurance expertise when needed.
In 2022, Donna became the Program Agent for the APC insurance program following Lynnβs passing. Today, she works closely with APC on coverage, policy renewals, carrier communication, and claims support.

Beyond Insurance
A Creative Chapter in Glassblowing
In 2000, Donna stepped away from the insurance industry to pursue a very different passion: glassblowing. Even during this creative chapter, she remained connected to the insurance programs and continued to lend her expertise when needed.
Outside of her insurance work, Donna enjoys projects around the house, gardening, being outdoors, crocheting, and supervised adventures with her three cats.
